番茄牛肉意粉
材料无非个几样:意粉300g(普通包装的分量),番茄约250g,牛肉150g,切粒,红萝卜半根,切粒,洋葱半个,切片。m r%pgl`Yw[
由于是第一次在家这样做,没什么经验可言,各位有更好的方法多多提出啊^_^wmq"iVw?w `_
意粉煮好后先不要揭开锅盖,焖20mins。#T4O5Uwp@X

爆香洋葱,放进牛肉末,快速番几下,上碟。

爆红萝卜粒,后放入番茄,(番茄先在烫水里面滚几下,剥掉皮,切小块,比较容易煮成酱),差不多熟透,呈酱状,放入牛肉和洋葱,加三勺白糖,两勺白醋,放入超市买回来的番茄酱少许。ok!捞起意粉,淋上酸甜的番茄牛肉酱,大功告成了'xc6N2p xvg1pp8Y
