1、云吞面团一定要合的硬一些,擀的面皮越薄越好,然后用刀切成三角形面片比较好用。
2、如没有鸡汤,可用原汤放鸡粉、胡椒粉和盐调味也可以代替,或用浓缩鸡汁也不错。

看起来很不错的样子,之前一直以为云吞的包法跟扁肉差不多,现在才知道原来云吞是这么包的,又学一招,回头试试。
