卖相不错，我喜欢豆腐和鸡蛋，做法五花八门，各种味道都有

铁扒豆腐是用北豆腐配以番茄汁做成的一道美味素食。此菜含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素，味道鲜美，口感绵软，适合老年人、孕期及哺乳期妇女食用。

烹饪方法

2. 勺内加宽油烧七成热，下入豆腐片炸硬捞出；0OhYw;B#qI[3T
3. 勺内加油20克，放番茄酱、白糖、米醋、精盐及少许水炒开；
%f:V{TP-E*o?X 4. 放入豆腐片煨焖约8分钟，出勺摆入盘内；

铁扒豆腐制作提示本品有油炸过程，需备植物油约500克。
