蟹肉已经很鲜甜,是不是不要加味精的好?肉个人觉得还是自己斩的好些,稍些肉丁状加入蟹肉口感上更赞,楼主的蟹肉狮子头好食的让人口水垂涎

搞不懂为什么肉馅里面要加入煮螃蟹壳的水呢?相当于骨头熬成的高汤?可螃蟹壳熬出来的汤又没有营养,腥味海重
