笋干焖猪蹄
虽然近来吃喝不断,但肚子感觉好象还是少了点油水,所以看到猪脚时就毫不犹豫地买3^ b

了一只,猪脚在购买时就让卖肉的帮斩好小块了,洗了之后放高压锅里。t}(SAuH~;j

将锅放到炉上小炒一下,将肉的水炒干。

取出适量笋干,洗一下后,放下小锅煮一下。

待猪脚肉炒得比较干之后,将煮好的笋干放入高压锅里,放入几个切段的辣椒,再放下

适量的盐、糖、料酒、老抽、姜片、醋,翻炒几遍之后,放入一些水,加盖中火煮。待 E;vp+}?UCp!s+q(B
高压锅喷汽之后,改小火焖八到十分钟即可起锅。U%wdKX

猪脚我不是太喜欢,我想改成五花肉应该也可以的,那就比较适合我的口味了,辛苦了楼主

咳......轻轻看了几眼.那猪脚还带毛呢...斩件前最好用火燎一下.去毛除腥.烤过再焖.香味就是不一样.
