炸春卷,简单馅料:瘦肉、芦笋、芽菜、胡萝卜、韭黄、香菇

将准备好的材料飞水(韭黄不用飞水),下锅放油炒香,调味后勾个芡淋上明油(最后下韭黄捞匀)装盘待用;我是买现成的春卷皮,取一张春卷皮放些炒好的馅料卷起包好(用蛋清封口)码入盘中;锅中倒油烧八成热时下包好的春卷炸至金黄色时即可捞起装盘。!f%S5a6`N-|dMY
