海鲜炒意面

材料 :意大利面条半包,中虾8-10只(去头/壳,剔肠,背部划一刀后烫卷),蟹腿撕条,香菇丝,木耳丝,蒜蓉/胡箩卜丝,卷心菜丝,节瓜丝。

做法 :意大利面条入滚水煮至八分熟(略带嚼劲),捞起冲凉水后充分滤干备用);三大匙油烧热,放进蒜蓉,木耳丝,胡箩卜丝,卷心菜丝拌炒均匀,注入高汤,加入香菇丝,木耳丝,节瓜丝和其它调味料煮滚,放进面条翻炒至汤汁即将收干,加虾/蟹腿拌均即可。[/color][/size]
