用小勺子,将鱼皮鱼刺上的肉,刮下来~~~~~~~~今天3条小一点的鲅鱼~~~一共剔下来这么多肉~~~~~注意鱼皮不要,否则,馅儿色泽不好~~~~~也尽量把大小刺都剔除~~~~为了口感,费点事儿就费点事儿吧!3PSL~ F1O-Hv#J

要搅鱼肉了~~~~~酱肉放进搅拌器(搅肉器)~~~~看旁边的水瓶,边搅边往肉里加水,少量多次,最后,那么多水几乎都加到馅里了~~~~~~这样才嫩!!!

没有搅拌器的TX,可以先将肉剁一下,剁细后,放在一个大点的盆儿里~~~~~用筷子顺着一个方向搅拌~~~~~少量多次加水~~~~~放心,一样可以做得很好吃~~就是有点累~~~~~E5bC:[f7W

还得加点肉~~~~~~要七肥三瘦的,太瘦的,馅儿发“渣”~~~~~~大约3两的样子~~~

将初步较好的鱼肉、猪肉放在一起,加料酒、盐、一点点鸡精、一点点生抽~~~~~~~~继续搅拌~~~~

加了盐的馅儿,又有一点稠了~~~继续加水搅拌~~~~你会发现原本灰灰的颜色变得越来越白~~~~~~说明胜利在望了:)~~~~~~~加色拉油、几滴香油~~搅拌均匀!!
