麻婆豆腐
材料:豆腐,桂林蒜蓉辣椒酱,瘦肉.wTI:cF7U

1:豆腐洗净,晾干水,瘦肉剁成小粒状,加盐,糖,生粉,鸡粉腌10分钟]6hL*kg#Vy

2:把豆腐下油锅内煎至两边金黄,直接在锅内切成小块状,加少许盐和适量的水,煮开后再煮一会,盛起%bC:}9Ws:yP.et9x

3:下油锅炒熟瘦肉粒,再加入辣椒酱(视吃辣的程度而加),炒均i$|)@f!tA
