1.秋刀鱼从肚子处切开,把里面的东西取出,头尾去掉,洗净.两边均匀拍上一层小麦粉.

2.小尖椒切掉瓣,取出里边的籽,洗净.炒锅放少许油,炒出香味,关火,盛出备用.6`}Evb+B IQ"u'f

3.平底锅放油,把拍过面粉的鱼,均匀平铺锅中,两面煎焦黄.

4.另起一锅,把煎好的鱼放入,倒入混好的料酒,酱油,味林,糖,中小火,两面翻翻,收汁即可
