简简单单椒盐排条
交流一下我的椒盐排条制作方式:

1、排骨拍松后切成条状,放碗内备用。{?C'J8oN'y+T.zO6u
2、排骨加料酒、盐、味精、鸡蛋黄、葱丝、姜丝腌制,同时加入淀粉拌匀,我五块排骨用了五勺淀粉(调料缸内小勺)

3、腌制十到十五分钟

4、切葱姜蒜末备用

5、起油锅炸制,开小到中火,炸到变色后翻面至两面金黄出锅备用。.~xcfW
6、锅内余油小火加温,放入葱姜蒜末煸至出香味。将炸好的排条倒入锅内拌匀。撒上椒盐粉,味精。$nWC}H5X&O0?La
7、大功告成,出锅。;B
