鱿蒜情未了
材料: 鱿鱼(方言城之辣枪),蒜心

1 将鱿鱼洗净,红色的皮一定要去掉,蒜心也洗干净,把鱿鱼和蒜切好备用, 鱿鱼花我刀功不行了,切的太粗了点

3 锅里放色拉油,倒入姜片,盐,白糖热下,油温很热后,倒入鱿鱼翻炒,喷入料酒和一点点醋继续翻炒,为了拍照片我抄的过了点哎 伤心下
