京酱肉丝
[color=#ff0000]原料:里脊肉,豆腐皮,大葱,甜面酱,淀粉浆

步骤:里脊肉切丝,用淀粉挂浆,养一会儿,这样做出的肉丝很嫩,大葱切丝铺在盘底(我刀功不行,ms肉和葱切的都是条 ^_^||| ),豆腐皮切成方形块,下锅用热水焯一下,可以去掉豆腥味。锅里放比平时炒菜多一些的油,油热后,下锅滑肉丝,肉一熟就出锅,防止肉老了。

锅里放油,油刚热放面酱,不停翻炒,防止酱糊锅,倒入肉丝,翻炒,让酱均匀地包裹每一根肉丝,最后洒入一点淀粉液,放香油,翻两下,出锅.HmIh4kY
